Are some liquids surface tension so high they can be confused for a solid object?

There’s no actual liquid that behaves like that but there is something called non-Newtonian fluids that have a different surface tension based on the force applied to it. If you slowly dipped your hand in then it’ll flow like water but if you punch it then it’s like punching a block of wax
