Probably not all strains, at least not reported yet. There are other “superbugs” that have been reported with “pandrug resistance” or resistance to every antibiotic. In practice that’s always only every antibiotic tested. Testing literally everything is impractical, so that’s when doctors and pharmacists go looking for old antibiotics that have fallen out of favor, really new and expensive antibiotics developed for just this kind of case, or weirder treatments like phage therapy and antimicrobial peptides.
