are there people who can’t get rabies?

Can anyone just, be resistant to rabies?

Edit: no I did not get bitten by an animal! I was asking for reasons that are not personal (to educate myself, in case, possibly, some doctors out there could research more into that and prevent it more easily).

I’m fine! Guys, I was asking out of curiosity. I did not get bitten by a dog. I was asking to educate myself. Maybe there is a way we can prevent it, by studying this.
