Quality meat? Quality cooking? Staff and other overhead costs? Etc.

a “fancy” steak house will presumably use choice cuts, which cost more.
beyond that, the experience, the ambience, etc. all factor in to the price. you could probably get the same steak at lonestar for half as much.
is this really that confusing?
