I vaguely understand that sunny days tend to have high pressure and cloudy days usually have low pressure; both can affect our moods and bodies. Is there more to it or am I overthinking it?
I always know when storms are getting close, as I get bad headaches when it is going to rain.

Other than the possibility that rainy weather (low pressure systems) makes some people sad, there is no correlation with one’s emotional state and atmospheric pressure.
