While no disinfectant gets rid of every bacteria, it also shouldnt, the type of sanitizers used generally target pathogens. Some good bacteria is lost in order to “delete” bad bacteria and viruses. It will kill contaminants and non contaminants in order to limit the spread of any contaminants possible. Simply put disinfectant is a nuke and things like general cleaners and soaps will be ground troups, one will obliterate good or bad one will target only bad.
