No but they can become demagnetised.

Magnetisation happens when the fields in a ferrous material all line up.

If those fields become unaligned, either by heat or from some other method, it becomes demagnetised

No. There’s no battery to run out. (Electro)Magnetism is one of the fundamental forces of nature, and asking that question is akin to asking if the Earth can “run out” of gravity. The magnet doesn’t have to do anything to be magnetic, just like the Earth doesn’t have to do anything to exert gravity.
