Like if i want to put bigger tires on a vehicle, can you do that?

As others have said, there are pitfalls…particularly if they fit or not. Will they bottom out in the wheel well when you hit a bump, or rub on the frame/body when you turn the wheel?
Width and rims also play a role. I have to laugh at cars with tires that extend outside the wheel well, since they effectively are sandblasting their own car with gravel everytime they gun it.
