Like if i want to put bigger tires on a vehicle, can you do that?

Sure. Just change the gear box and differential to match the new tire size. Those are assembled with specific size in mind, and will not work correctly with the wrong size.
If your car model doesn’t have bigger wheel version. You’ll need to rebuild or make the gear box and differential yourself.
This has been done, by car people… however… no one actually does it.
