Like if i want to put bigger tires on a vehicle, can you do that?

Yes you can, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s an off-road vehicle. Engineers spend a lot of time sizing tires properly for the car. Changing your tire size will affect your speedometer reading, fuel economy, and most importantly, handling. Why are you wanting to do this?
