Clouds, Humidity, Rain forests and the sun

Question

Trying to wrap my head around a cloud. Normally gasses diffuse, but water also has hydrogen bonds. Do these play a role in why clouds are a thing? Its water vaper held together by surface tension? And please explain why it rains so much in rain forest
