I wonder what “slop” is in the Big Brother (TV Reality game show) house.

Apparently, groups of people live off that for (sometimes many) weeks at a time.

Not in one single meal at least. Some nutrients and compounds affect or prevent absorption of other nutrients if they are present together. For example, Vitamin C nullifies the ability to absorb most if not all B12 when they are in the same multivitamin. And Vitamin B12 is probably the most vital… Mineral.

I would love this, I hate figuring out what to eat and maybe I could get skinnier if I just never ate real food

People are trying this but it has a number of problems. First, we enjoy eating food. Our brains literally give us a big endorphin rush when we eat tasty food. Why are we trying to deprive ourselves of that? Second, our digestive systems are not designed for that. They are designed to take nutrients from food. This is the issue with fortified foods and vitamin supplements. There is too much in them to be absorbed by our bodies.

Yes, absolutly!
there are allready companies like huel, y-food etc. that produce powder food that provides all nessesary nutrients.
Huel Black f.e. is also extremely protein efficient and you can easily eat 2000 calories and have a great amount of protein intake for bodybuilding and such.
So surviving of this isnt a problem, but what many dont realize is that eating is much more than nutrients.
there are many psychological effects of eating and our digestion is way more complex than that.
So if you wanna take the full benefits of food, dont eat just powdered shit.
