Could living on/ mining the moon cause unintended consequences for Earth? e.g. changes in tide or anything else?

Earth has lost weight only from our rockets that enter space. And things that are burned. And with all the fuel we have burn it’s a negligible amount. No matter how much material we mine or earth. It still stays on earth not changing its weight. Same would apply to the moon. No matter how much we move or mine it will stay the same weight. The moon will be more likely to gain weight from all the things we bring to it from earth.
