Is it just biological intelligence and knowledge, and is there any proof for it? And when does fluid intelligence crystallise/stop crystallising?

Ive heard it explained as fluid intelligence being the constructor of your knowledge, deciding what to put in your brain, how, and where, and crystalized being the knowledge thats being built into your brain.
So the better the constructor(fluid intelligence), the better the thing thats being built(knowledge and wisdom).
Fluid intelligence is lets say like an assembly machine in a factory, putting products together. And the better the machine, the higher quality of the product(crystalized intelligence/knowledge/wisdom).
