Do people in comas feel the passage of time? Why or why not?

No they don’t.

A coma is defined as a prolonged period of far deeper than usual unconsciousness. Most of the brain is simply turned off.

This includes the part of the brain that keeps track of time. You can’t keep proper track of time if your watch isn’t working.
