Yes, unless you have a really odd reason for opting out of them.
The companies will still try to track you, gather data about you and build a marketing profile. They won’t be able to ultimately use this to serve you relevant ads, because you are blocking ads, though they will try. If you don’t like companies having this data about you, you should still opt out of tracking cookies.
If you just specifically hate seeing ads that are relevant to you and don’t care how you avoid them (by replacing them with irrelevant ads or blocking ads altogether), then I guess it doesn’t matter.
