Does the antibac in antibac wipes/spray/gel run out?

I just cleaned my phone using a wipe from a packet that has sat in the cupboard for a while. They were a little dry, but it made me wander if it runs out as it dries?

Yea, it’s most likely rubbing alcohol… that does evaporate if it’s not in a sealed container and your left with just a dry cloth like a paper towel or toilet paper..

If they felt a little wet, they’re still OK
