[ELI5] are all current homosapiens humans,and if so, what causes someone to be “post” human?

Homosapien is the species name for humans therefore all humans are homosapiens. As for the post human part that is a term created in science fiction, philosophy, etc for a human who has transcended beyond being human. It is essentially a fictional term not founded in reality.
