For the life of me I cannot understand binary multiplication or booths algorithm.
This is topic I have just been introduced to in my computer architectures class and it makes 0 sense.

binary multiplication is the same as regular multiplication except adding 0+0 is 0. 0+1 is 1. 1+1 is 0 carry 1. 2+1 is 1 carry 1
