I heard a thing about how the sound of you cracking your knuckles is fluid that lubricate your bones and bubbles in the fluid popping. Also that becuase of this you can’t crack them again for a while, however I can crack my knuckles by making a fist and make all of my knuckles crack, I can do this forever and haven’t found any explanation on it online. Does anyone know why I can do this or what this is called?

If you can do it multiple times in a row its the sound the tendon is making when it slips over your bones.
