Are you a robot? Your food is always digesting unless you’re vomiting it back up. And you’ll feel that. Otherwise you won’t feel your digestive system any more than you’ll your feel bone marrow producing blood cells. When something goes wrong, then you’ll feel it. And it’ll hurt.
