i recently came across this question when i saw a photo of an actor for the movie “mighty ducks” and saw a before and after photo with him on meth. since meth is just a nervous system stimulant how can it change someones apperance so much

It increases your skin temp and makes your skin more oily. You get pimples and these almost caustic scabs. It makes you stink and lose weight at an alarming rate. Your eyes get sunk in and you start to act erratically. You stop washing or even changing your clothes. Your hair gets greasy even if you take twice the normal showers.
Was addicted to shooting meth for a while, too long. I can spot them, or often smell them, from across a room now. Their behavior and just the health of their face is a dead giveaway. You can not sleep on meth, so they look very tired. You cant really eat either so they look unhealthy and drop weight like crazy. They also talk and go into detail incessantly, they send pages long texts about nothing.
Also, meth heads love flashlights and Bluetooth speakers. No idea why, but they can not resist either one. A combo flashlight/ Bluetooth speaker is the holy Grail to a meth head.
