No real reason. Pork and chicken allergies are simply less common in humans, just like how being 8 foot tall is less common.

A google search says: That the allergens in meat that are likely to cause a reaction are less likely to do so when cooked.

Allergies to meats do exist in one form or another.

However for the most part intolerances to meat or what some would consider or call an “Allergy” to Pork or Chicken generally is more often a triggering condition of IBS or “Irritable Bowl Syndrome”. This is not an allergy but a medical condition that causes allergic type reactions in that the body encounters something it does not like and reacts accordingly.

This can be triggered by a range of factors but one of the most common ones is an intolerance to certain foods of which Pork and Chicken (And indeed many forms of meat) are a common one.

IBS symptoms vary from person to person but can cause cramping, stomach aches, general nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, bloating, flatulence and loss of bowel control.

Because chicken allergies are very rare. And I am referring to a reaction similar to shellfish with swollen throat, difficulty breathing, etc.
