I am more talking about the bosses. I just can’t understand what they do with their money to enjoy it. I mean if you are on a most wanted list, I assume you can’t drive around in a 400k luxury car or stay in the biggest house with all the extravagant parties.

Drug lords are very good at hiding how they make money, that’s called money laundering, and that makes it very hard to link that money with the drug business, so they can drive around an expensive car without worries.
Now, if you mean someone who is already identified as drug lord it and it’s free, it probably means that the law is looking for them so driving around a flashy car is not a very good idea and usually they pay people to help them hide.
