Illegal IPTV platforms just stream content without proper licenses. Be like you owning a service box but splitting the output into an uploading stream to a website and watching a specific channel, then letting people pay you to watch the channel (if i’m not mistaken)
They don’t really get away with it, hell the FBI went after the streaming service iStreamitAll. Later they went after the Gears Reloaded service and it was raided and shut down.
Then both the Nitro IPTV service and USTV GO have both been shut down and in the case of Nitro, the owners are facing a $100 million judgment against them.
It’s just the really small ones haven’t gained as much notoriety and they tend to go after the larger ones.
