The paper is just blotter paper. Which is a thick, absorbent paper. The designs are printed on, just like anything on paper. The paper is then dipped in a solution containing lsd at a relatively specific concentration, and then dried. The result is hopefully a fairly uniform dose in each “tab.”
It’s the other way around. LSD is soaked onto blotter paper that has the designs printed onto it already.
