Eli5 – How do plants move to face the sun?

If they don’t have muscles, tendons, and a skeletal system, how do plants like sunflowers move to face the sub? Or flowers close at night?

They have an adaptation that causes them to grow slower on the parts of their stems that are hit with direct sunlight. Due to this the side in the shade grows after causing the stem to bend to point towards the light.
