They have a neural network that includes ganglia spread out throughout their body. This essentially functions pretty much the same way as a brain, just not centralized to the same degree.

They hunt by constantly sensing their environment and following various different types of clues to their prey. Mostly these are chemical cues, but they can also see a little bit through eyes on the end of each of their arms.
