I saw a picture of a heart without any blood and I would like to know how it is achieved.

The blood is a muscle and some tubes. The guys that clean the heart drain what they can, and then they just pump a saline solution through it until most of the blood is gone.
Blood isn’t stored in the heart, it’s more like blood is always in your veins and your heart pumps it. However, if you tip it over and shake then blood comes out. Afterwards leave it out for it to dry a little bit.
