If a display is 1920×1080 or 2 megapixels then wouldn’t anything above a 2MP camera be unnoticeable. Probably a stupid question but just wondering.

in practice camera is a crappy example because cams with 2mp sensors are generally shitty for host of other reasons, so in the end image will look like shit
