Eli5: How is canned dough made?

How is canned dough made? I mean like Pillsbury biscuits. How do they get it in the can? What machines do they use?

Not sure what machine is used, but you should know that the dough is physically much smaller when they put it in the can and it “rises”/expands after it’s sealed.
