they’re created by taking images from various AIs. the most common are of roads and streets, because the Google street view AI has been trained to give you a picture of what it thinks is a car or bike or something. that’s why there’s an option to skip and try again if the AI detects wrong. your input from solving the puzzle relays back to the AI saying “yes, this is a bus, human verified” and is further used to train the AI.
because the AI is already extremely smart, it just detects if your answer matches or is close enough to the one it thinks is right. the road images are believed to be training self driving cars
