Starting off my first question, how is time in space or on other planets different to earth is it just that it takes longer for that planet to do a full rotation meaning longer or more hours in a “day”?
then if Space/planet time is different to time on earth, how dose someone age slower in space than they do on earth, wouldnt your body still be replacing cells at the same rate and be “aging” at the same time?
is the “1 hour here is 7 hours on earth” just some movie gimmick for drama

In the context of our own solar system, the “days” and “years” are just a matter of how long it takes for a planet to spin on its own axis or rotate around the sun. If you could somehow comfortably live on another planet, you’d still live about the same time as you would on Earth, it’s just that the cycles of sunlight/darkness and seasons would be radically out of whack to what you’re used to here.
For example, Mercury’s path around the sun is so quick and its spin is so slow that its “day” is messed up by its “year”. It takes 59 whole Earth days for Mercury to spin on its own axis (one Mercury “day”), but it takes just 88 Earth days for it to rotate around the sun (one Mercury “year”). So, it takes a whopping 176 days for you to see two whole sunrises on Mercury.
