Or even our clothing rubbing against us doesn’t bother us but if a tiny bug lands anywhere on our body we feel it straight away

Evolution: detecting bugs is important, lest they bite us, while being annoyed by the wind or clothing is counterproductive.

People suffering from autism can be very annoyed by clothing, because their sensory filters are out of whack.
