We don’t all have the same skull shape. They’re all just a little different from each other, there’s also cartilage in the ears and nose that effect shape as well.

We don’t have the same skull shape. Cheek bones and jaw in particular are very different from person to person.

Plus, we don’t all have the same muscle and fat on top of that skull.

Not only do we not all have the same skull shape but forensic people can build up flesh on a found skull to make an educated guess as to what the person looked like. There is statistical data for the thicknesses of tissue in different places that allows them to construct facial muscles, etc, then clothe that with skin.
