If i have sea water/salt water, and i boil it and gather the condensation, will i be able to survive off of that?

That’s not what condensed means, you’re thinking of the term condensation I think. But yes, that works. It’s called “distilling” when you boil water and collect the vapor.
Yes. But that is not condensed water. Condesned water is not a thing. What you have done is distilled the water.

You don’t want to distill the water too well though, because pure distilled water is very dangerous to drink.
You definitely can. Mythbusters did it by letting sea water into a hole they dug in the sand, and putting plastic wrap above part of that hole to collect the evaporated-then-condensed water.
