eli5: is condensed water safe to drink in a survival situation?

If i have sea water/salt water, and i boil it and gather the condensation, will i be able to survive off of that?

That’s not what condensed means, you’re thinking of the term condensation I think. But yes, that works. It’s called “distilling” when you boil water and collect the vapor.
