Eli5 Is there any difference in climate between tropic of cancer and tropic of capricorn?

I really don’t know about this. So I am doing my hw rn, and I am currently studying about climate in different area. And I read an article in wiki and it said that tropic of cancer is hot and dry, well I mean it’s in the northern hemisphere so it’s expose to sun more but what about the tropic of capricorn? Is it slightly cooler or something? Please help.
(Please don’t call me stupid, I’m just so helpless rn, I read all the books in my house and none of them answer my question 🙁 )

There is no significant difference between the amount of energy they get from the sun in each region, but local geological conditions may impact the local climate.
