Why do we get them… why is it more noticeable when we are trying to sleep… and how in the heck do we prevent it.

Restless Leg Syndrome (and other names for the same thing) is a neurological disorder that tends to activate when the brain is less stimulated.

Things like exercise and stretching before bed can help significantly but there is no cure.

Somebody please correct me and tell me I can somehow get rid of this horrible affliction.

In my case it’s food and gut related. Eat boiled white rice and chicken for 48 hours and see if you still have it.

Edit: when it does happen to me, b vitamin complex tablet will resolve it within about 45 minutes.
