Do KN95 masks work to help with seasonal allergy symptoms?

It’s hardly scientific and anecdotal, but as someone who has allergies pretty severely, and takes medication daily. I can say that during the COVID times, I felt relief, and don’t have a sinus infection for almost a year and a half. I fucking hate them though.
