It’s hardly scientific and anecdotal, but as someone who has allergies pretty severely, and takes medication daily. I can say that during the COVID times, I felt relief, and don’t have a sinus infection for almost a year and a half. I fucking hate them though.

I don’t think it has been studied, but there is good reason to think they would keep particles out of your nose, and thus relieve your seasonal allergies.

That being said, going for a run, or vigorous bike ride, or playing basketball in a KN95 is not going to be much fun.

Yes. I have grass pollen allergies and wearing one while mowing the grass makes a difference. Like others said, might be difficult with sports and such.
