Purely anecdotal, but virtually everyone I know who is sensitive to light has blue or green eyes. I’m a blue/grey who can’t leave the house without sunglasses, regardless of whether the sun is out – I also have my screens turned waaaaay down and everything in dark mode, and it is a known rule in my house that if we need Mum to fix something on our phone or we want to show her something, we turn down the brightness before handing her the phone.
