When I see exposed metal magnetic device (powerA usb-c nintendo switch pro controller magnetic charging afapter) that connects to an electrical charge of the chaging dock to charge something, which you could potentially touch following its been exposed to an electrical charge,(fully charged) I think “danger”, cause…yknow, hey that metal came into contact with electricity! No touch! can someone explain to me why this isn’t dangerous? https://youtu.be/6hA0gmJ6gMM

It’s 5-12V, not enough to overcome your skin resistance. Unless you are in the habit of stabbing stripped charger wires into open wounds on two sides of your chest, it is basically impossible to get shocked by a unit that isn’t criminally negligently designed.
