No. Hollywood-type photo enhancement isn’t a real thing. You can’t “find” data that wasn’t in the original image.
Sometimes the data is there and just not in a way that we can easily see…in that case, adjusting contrast or balance or doing edge detection can help make what was already there more obvious. But if something was truly hidden, i.e. not in the photo at all, there’s no way to pull it out.
