Same place trash usually goes, the landfill. I mean you’ll have insurance companies taking cars to be crushed and recycled once the claim is processed. You may have individuals collecting appliances for recycling or cutting up downed trees for fire wood, but the vast majority is simply collected and dumped into a landfill.
