Been hearing some mixed stuff, some say its life changing, some say Its not. What does it consist of? Is it another holistic diet? Is it backed by the scientific literature?

Hard to say. Doesn’t look very restrictive which is a good sign. Whether or not eating those particular foods promote thyroid function is questionable but I’m not a dietician or scientist.

The only holistic thing was the mention of red light promoting healing in the body. That sounds pretty questionable but what do I know.

Basically the diet says eat healthy fats, lots of veggies, eat fruit, eat protein from land and sea, stay away from processed and fried foods, it mentions staying a way from a bunch of different oils which is hard to say if they’re bad for you in certain doses. The claim is they inhibit thyroid function but idk that for sure. Fairly standard “healthy diet”.
