We found our first property we are buying. No restrictions. We wanted a natural water source. Property comes with a spring on the edge of a neighboring property that we have rights to. (Neighbors installed a well a lil farther up they use). How does this work? How do we work this to our benefit as our water source? (Bonus points for off grid/solar options). What do we need to know? (My step dad informed me of “beaver fever” if we shower without a filter vs bathe in a tub). TIA!
