eli5 The difference between Dell’s PowerScale and Dell’s PowerStore

Question

So all I know is that PowerScale uses AI to extract insights from data, but it also stores and manages data. Isn’t that basically what the PowerStore is, minus the AI functions? And Is it hardware or software?

Powerscale is based on isilon and is a NAS product. So it can host lots of different protocols including NAS fileshares.

Powerstore is an all-flash storage system that’s optimized for workloads like virtualization
