[eli5] water and kool aid

Question

If you add some kool aid to a litre of water are you still getting all the nutrients from the same litre of water. Or is it more complicated then that?

Water doesn’t have any nutrients (outside of trace dissolved minerals), but yes, you’ll still consume those same minerals even with Kool aid added
