Floaters! It’s stuff that casts shadows on your retina. They can be anything to bacteria and debris to the jelly in your eye becoming a big stringy as you age. It’s totally normal so see them every once in a while.

I get them more sleeping on my back. I can usually look one direction slowly, then quickly look the other way to move them. Doc says they aren’t bad, just floaters in the fluid. Get your appt!
